For field-service companies with 30–150 employees.

Replace one costly
field-to-office workflow.
Prove that it works.

We measure the work, define success in writing, build the complete operating loop, prove it against accepted criteria, and transfer the finished system to you.

After every completed job

The crew is done.
The paperwork isn't.

Hours are in a message. Photos are on a phone. Notes are still in someone's head. Before payroll or an invoice can move, your team has to rebuild the job.

The real costEvery new crew creates more administration unless the handoff changes.

Your people are not the bottleneck. They are compensating for a process that makes them reconstruct work already completed.

What you get

More capacity. Less operational drag. One managed build.

Capacity
Handle more work with the team you already have
We remove one recurring field-to-office workflow so skilled people get hours back for customers, crews, and higher-value work — without adding another layer of administration.
Proof-based delivery
The clock starts after both sides agree on “working”
Bound records the solution, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and Transfer requirements. The active delivery clock ends only when the approved Proof criteria pass.

Closed-loop phases
Business case
Know the expected return before we build
We quantify the workflow's current cost, the capacity automation should recover, and the likely payback. We only recommend a build when the numbers support at least 3× expected annual benefit.
Low lift for your team
A done-for-you build — not another project for you to manage
You provide access, approve the scope, and nominate one owner. We handle process mapping, data cleanup, integrations, implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
Useful additions — not inflated “free value”
Decision asset
Next-Win Automation Roadmap
A prioritized view of the next credible workflow opportunities revealed by the first engagement—so leadership knows what deserves investigation next.
A clearer next decision, not a promise to automate everything
Core Transfer asset
Documentation and Operator Enablement
The agreed operating documentation, credentials, and workflow-specific training required for your team to run and understand the transferred system.
Operational knowledge remains with your company
Optional readiness path
For team readiness
AI Operator Workshop
A separate half-day working session that identifies practical employee-level use cases, establishes operating and approval rules, demonstrates agentic workflows, and produces a prioritized 30-day adoption plan.
A lower-commitment path when readiness is the real obstacle
Your first step

Send us one workflow that keeps slowing the team down. We'll review it and contact you if it deserves a deeper look — before anyone discusses a build.

Book a Workflow Fit Call
Proof-Backed Delivery

You approve the finish line before we build.

We agree on what the workflow must do and how it will be tested. We do not call it complete until it passes the agreed Proof and is transferred into production.

From approved scope to proven result
StartsSuccess criteria are approved
Built and tested against the Proof you approved
EndsThe agreed Proof passes
Then we complete the production transfer.
Included in every proposalYour scope, Proof criteria, delivery clock, and protections are documented before implementation begins.
Common questions

Straight answers.

No fluff. Just what you need to know before contacting us.

01
What kind of businesses is this for?
Our initial focus is field-service companies with 30–150 employees and multiple crews or managers. We are a strong fit when reporting, payroll inputs, job data, quoting, invoicing, or operational handoffs still depend on repeated manual work.
02
How do I know this will work for my business?
Start by sending us a short description of where work is slowing down. We review the situation and contact you if there is enough potential to justify a deeper assessment. We only recommend a build when that evidence supports at least three times the investment.
03
What if we tried automation before and it did not work?
That usually happens when the workflow, exceptions, ownership, or definition of success was never made explicit. We Measure and Bound those conditions first, then Prove the result against criteria both sides approved.
04
What happens after I send my details?
A person from AITOC.io reviews the workflow, team size, and context you provide. If deeper investigation is justified, the next step may be a paid Workflow Proof Sprint. We do not calculate an exact ROI or design the complete solution from the form alone.
05
What if our data is messy or our tools do not connect?
That is usually part of the work. You do not need to clean everything up first. We map your current tools, data, and handoffs, then design the automation around what is actually there.
06
What if our process is too complex or unusual?
Complex workflows can be valuable candidates when their systems, approvals, exceptions, data, and acceptance criteria can be bounded. The Fit Call decides whether deeper analysis is justified; the Workflow Proof Sprint produces the decision-grade recommendation.
07
How is delivery defined before the build starts?
Before implementation begins, both sides approve what the workflow must do, how it will be tested, and what production transfer includes. The applicable delivery window and protections are documented in the proposal. We call delivery complete only after the agreed Proof passes and the production transfer is complete.
08
What do you need from us during the project?
We need access to the right people, tools, examples, and decisions during Measure and Bound. Your team provides context, access, review, and approvals; AITOC.io manages the implementation work.
09
Do we own the automation after delivery?
Yes. At handover, you receive the code, documentation, credentials, and access needed to run it. There is no required ongoing subscription or long-term contract.
10
We already use Zapier or n8n. Why would we need this?
Tools like Zapier and n8n are useful for simple workflows. They often struggle when the process has exceptions, approvals, multiple systems, messy data, or business rules. We build the heavier automation layer around the way your operation actually works.
11
What if the requirements change during delivery?
The agreed outcome, Proof criteria, and production transfer stay explicit throughout delivery. If the requirements change materially, we document the impact and agree the next step before continuing.
12
What happens after the first automation is live?
You receive a Business Automation Roadmap showing the next processes worth automating, ranked by likely financial impact. You can keep working with us, or use the roadmap yourself. Either way, it is yours.
A practical first step

Bring one recurring workflow.
We'll tell you if it deserves a deeper look.

The Workflow Fit Call is a fit/no-fit conversation—not a disguised promise to design the complete solution in twenty minutes.

One recurring operational bottleneck
Enough context to judge whether automation is plausible
A paid Workflow Proof Sprint only when deeper analysis is justified
A build recommendation only when projected return clears 3×
